Michael J. Stephany is Executive Vice President and Principal at NAI Hiffman. He began his real estate career in 1987 with Hiffman Shaffer Associates, Inc. and continues focusing on tenant representation with limited landlord representation and has been involved in over 400 transactions valued in excess of $500 million.
Noteworthy among his client activity has been as Suburban Portfolio Manager for First Chicago/NBD Bank and its successor, Bank One. Over a period of more than five (5) years, Mr. Stephany and his team of NAI Hiffman professionals completed in excess of 125 transactions, including sales, leasing and disposition of surplus property for these banking organizations.
