Scope of Service Experience
|
Joseph M. Geisel is Executive Vice President of the Asset Management Division of NAI Hiffman. Mr. Geisel started his career in commercial real estate in 1985. Mr. Geisel is responsible for the oversight of retail, office and industrial portfolios. He oversees Asset management staff including Property Managers, Assistant Managers and Maintenance Staff.
Throughout his Asset management career, Mr. Geisel has developed and implemented Management Operations for newly constructed retail shopping centers, office buildings and industrial buildings. He has extensive experience coordinating and directing Real Estate tax reduction efforts, placement of Property Insurance, and due diligence for refinancing and property sales. Mr. Geisel also has considerable experience as a court appointed receiver.
Additionally, Mr. Geisel is responsible for preparing budgets, Asset Management Plans, Disposition Strategies, negotiating leases, renewals, management contracts, and Service and Construction Agreements for the properties in the portfolio.
