LNR Awards Two Office Properties To NAI Hiffman
Oakbrook and Aurora, IL (November 6, 2009) – LNR has awarded the management and leasing of two office properties to NAI Hiffman Asset Management. 800-810 Jorie Plaza is a two-story, 180,000 square foot facility located in Oakbrook, Illinois. 75 Executive Drive is a 107,087 square foot, 3-story office building located at 75 Executive Drive along the ring road of an enclosed mall in Aurora, Illinois. The building is 90 percent vacant, with the capacity for up to eight tenants.

TA Realty Gives NAI Hiffman Management of Three Buildings
Carol Stream and Hanover Park, IL and Portage, IN (November 6, 2009) – TA Associates Realty has awarded the management of three of its industrial assets to NAI Hiffman Asset Management. The assets, which total approximately 660,000 square feet, are: Carol Point at 900-910 Kimberly Drive in Carol Stream, Illinois (275,347 square feet); Mallard Lakes at 1600 Hunter Drive in Hanover Park, Illinois (238,423 square feet); and Sheffield Industrial at 6675 Daniel Burnham Parkway in Portage, Indiana (146,797 square feet).

NAI Hiffman to Manage Prairie Market East Retail Center
Oswego, IL (November 6, 2009) - KDR Associates, owner of the Prairie Market retail power center in Oswego, Illinois, has chosen NAI Hiffman’s Asset Management Group to run the second phase of its 850,000 square foot development. The newest construction, called Prairie Market East, occupies the land east of Fifth Street and has four outlots plus 80,000 square feet of retail space to be anchored by PetSmart.

Navigant Awards Medical Asset Management to NAI Hiffman
Aurora, IL (November 6, 2009) – Navigant Consulting has awarded the management and leasing of its medical office building to NAI Hiffman Asset Management. The 80,744 square foot Rush-Copley Medical Plaza, located at 2000 Ogden Avenue in Aurora, Illinois, is 80 percent occupied and is adjacent to the Rush-Copley Hospital. The hospital and the medical office building are separately owned and managed.
